Accessibility

Our accessibility commitment.

We work to make waterhouseagencyaz.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Standard we follow

This website is designed and maintained to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the W3C. WCAG 2.1 AA is the technical standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for web accessibility.

What we've done

  • Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators.
  • Semantic HTML landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a skip-to-content link.
  • Descriptive labels on all form fields, buttons, and icon-only controls.
  • Text and interface color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA thresholds.
  • Alt text on informative images and empty alt on decorative ones.
  • Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion user setting.
  • A working English and Spanish language toggle with the correct html lang attribute.

Known limitations

Some third-party embeds (for example the Google Maps location embed) are governed by their vendor's accessibility implementation and are outside our direct control. Where a third-party barrier prevents you from getting the information you need, please contact us and we will provide the information another way.

Report a barrier

If you encounter any part of this website that is difficult to use with assistive technology, please let us know. We take reports seriously and aim to respond within one business day.

When you contact us, please include the page URL, the barrier you ran into, and the assistive technology you were using (if any). That helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.

This statement describes our current effort and is updated as the site changes. Conformance to WCAG 2.1 AA is our ongoing goal, not a one-time certification.
